To learn the basics of cooking, sanitation, nutrition, and menu management, select the Culinary Arts program. If you want to be a kitchen or catering manager, enroll in the Culinary Management program to learn the basics of training, marketing, communications, and accounting. When you complete your program, you'll be ready for an entry-level job as a pastry chef, line cook, or kitchen manager.
