Culinary Program: A Diverse Education

  • Baking & Pastry. Fundamental pastry techniques are the focus of the Baking & Pastry program. Here, you can study desserts, cake decoration, all-purpose baking, and more. Armed with this education, you can seek entry-level employment in restaurants, bakeries, catering houses, and more.

  • Culinary Arts & Restaurant Ownership. If you have management on your mind, then this culinary arts program may be for you. This program focuses on the business side of the culinary industry--such as customer service.
