Ingredients:
1 small can (5.5 oz) tomato juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Lea & Perrin's Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 pound chicken pieces
1 small can (5.5 oz) tomato juice

Preparation
1. Combine all sauce ingredients in small, heavy saucepan. Simmer over low-medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Brush on chicken as it grills. Serves 4.
