1/2 pound cottage cheese
8 ounces cream cheese,softened
1/8 tsp. salt
1 cup heavy cream
1 pint fresh orfrozen (thawed) strawberries or raspberries

Preparation
Sieve cottagecheese or whirl in processor until smooth. Add cream cheese andsalt, process until smooth.
Add cream and beat until mixtureis very smooth.
Turn the mixture into 4 individualheart-shaped baskets or porcelain Coeur dishes lined with moistenedcheesecloth (or use 1 large basket or Coeur dish).
Place eachbasket over a bowl or place dishes on platter. Refrigerate overnightto drain.
Before serving, turn out of container(s) andgarnish with whole berries. Serves 4.
