1/4 cup orzo

1/2cup bulgar wheat, coarse
1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
1/4cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon finelychopped parsley

Preparation
Sauté orzo in olive oil until golden. Addwheat and sauté 1 more minute. Slowly add broth.
Stir inonion and herbs, bring to boil.
Cover and simmer 20-25minutes. Remove from heat and fluff with a fork.
