1/2 cup butter
2 cup self-risingflour
3/4 cup buttermilk

Preparation
Cut butter intoflour until it resembles coarse meal. Add buttermilk, stirring untildry ingredients are moistened.
Do NOT over mix.
Turnout onto floured surface. Knead lightly 3-4 times. Roll to 3/4 "thickness and cut with a 2" cutter.
Place on lightly greasedbaking sheet.
Bake at 425 degrees, 13-15 minutes. Brush withmelted butter.
