We regret to inform everyone that the Chef David Gilbert Internship Search has been put on an indefinite hold. Due to a struggling economy Chef David Gilbert’s new restaurant in Dallas will no longer be opening. Gilbert is in the works on a new restaurant project and will continue to write his column In the Fire.

We would like to thank all of the applicants and friends that have helped us promote the internship during the past few months. We will continue to look for new and exciting opportunities to share with the Chef2Chef community. Thanks again for your support and patronage to our site.
