Chimney Park Bistro hours are changing

Windsor – March 27, 2006– In addition to presenting their brand new spring menu, Chimney Park Bistro located at 406 Main Street in Windsor, CO is changing its business hours.

Starting Monday April 03, 2006, the Bistro will be closed for lunch to the public; however, the restaurant will be open for Sunday brunch. The Bistro will be serving creative lunch and brunch fare along with Mimosas and live music. Chef Wehrli and his staff will now be putting all their focus on the dinner menu. Chef Wehrli will also be preparing a prix fix menu on Sunday evenings. This special menu changes weekly and will be posted every Friday on their website at www.chimneypark.com. It is priced at $28 per person and a featured wine will be offered with the menu at a 15% discount.

Several local businesses have also contacted the restaurant about booking the facility for private parties and large groups during the day. Chimney Park’s event coordinator will be able to make such events possible. Please contact Julianne Psuik for additional information and reservations.

Chimney Park’s new hours will be Monday through Saturday, 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Sunday Brunch with Live Music will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Sunday Night Prix Fix menu will be served from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
