FOOD LOVERS’ FAIR AND CELEBRITY LONDON CHEFS HEADLINE AT THE DAILY TELEGRAPH / HOUSE & GARDEN FAIR
Olympia, London 29th June – 2nd July 2006
For the first time ever, Henrietta Green’s Food Lovers’ Fair will take pride of place in the Entertaining at Home area of this year’s Daily Telegraph/House & Garden Fair at Olympia, London. Over twenty stalls will display and sell an outstanding array of craft-produced food and drink at the Fair. Recognised as a showcase for the very best of sustainable, traceable, British produce, all the products are made using authentic methods incorporating the “proper” ingredients. The Food Lovers’ Fair is the only event of its kind where every exhibitor is vetted by Henrietta herself to ensure the highest standards.
“ Food provenance is becoming increasingly important to consumers, sustainable, traceable food, characterised by its integrity and its local links is also at the heart of true healthy eating,” says Henrietta Green author of The Food Lovers’ Guide to Britain. “Anyone who wants to see and taste what this means in practice should come to the Fair.”
