With the award-winning restaurant's latest announcement-its appointment of Noah Bekofsky as the restaurant's new executive chef-guests are being treated to a meal that transcends any one culinary tradition.
Chef Noah is inspired by nearly 20 years of traveling and cooking throughout the world. Along the way, Noah has incorporated traditional dishes found in Asia, Germany, Greece, Turkey, Hungary and Czechoslovakia with flavors and cooking styles indigenous to different regions throughout the United States. The result: one-of-a-kind dishes like hong kong bbq duck and lobster "chow mein" and French onion soup with chicken and apple.
Most recently, Chef Noah served as executive chef of the Kapalua Bay Hotel and Ocean Villas, Kapalua Hawaii.
Named one of the best Chicago restaurants in 2003, aria continues to captivate diners with its menu of comfort foods from around the world.
