Winners: 3rd Annual Bertolli Sous Chef Awards

Bertolli® Olive Oil is proud to announce the top 10 Sous Chefs from around the country, selected as winners of the Third Annual Bertolli Sous Chef Awards, which honor the nation’s up-and-coming stars of the culinary world.

The 10 Sous Chefs selected as winners of the 2003 Bertolli Sous Chef Awards include:

Culinary enthusiasts are invited to attend the Third Annual Bertolli Sous Chef Awards celebration gala on October 22 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at Capitale restaurant, located at 130 Bowery Street in New York City. At the celebration gala, attendees will participate in a walk-around tasting in which they will sample the signature dishes created by the 10 winning Sous Chefs.
