Each visitor may cast ONE VOTE in each of the 12 categories during the current voting period. This vote may be changed at any point during the voting period. If you devise any code or system to beat this restriction, your entry will be removed without prior notice.
The use of unfair practices, including but not limited to offering compensation to your visitors in exchange for votes for your organization, will result in the removal of your entry.
References made to competing sites, individuals or organizations on both your web pages and discussion forums, must be presented in a matter of fact, courteous, and professional way.
References to and encouragement to cheat or to lowball a competitor will result in the immediate removal of your entry without prior notice.
The "mugging" of code to open the vote box window on your site does infringe on our copyright and will automatically disqualify your entry without prior notice. We suggest that you open our ranking list in a new window or download a badge so that your visitors know your current Top 100 ranking and encourage them to vote for you.
Chef2Chef, at its sole discretion, may add new rules, modify existing ones or discontinue any Top 100 ranking list at any time without prior notice to you.
We may remove any web site or participant from the ranking list at any time for any reason and without prior notice to you.
Under no circumstances whatsoever shall Chef2Chef, LLC incur any liability nor will you be entitled to damages, consequential or otherwise, as a result of your participation in our ranking list.
The Top 100 Ranking lists is and remains the sole property of Chef2Chef, LLC and it maybe used for promotional purposes or any other way that we deem appropriate.
The re-production of this ranking list in print is permitted for as long as you credit Chef2Chef.net and link to the featured page.
