Title: Angel Food Cake Icing
Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients

    1/3    Cup cornstarch
    1/3    Cup sugar
      2    Cups milk
      1    Egg Yolk
      2    Tsp Vanilla
    1/2    Pound butter
      1    Cup powdered sugar

Instructions

Mix the cornstarch and sugar. Add milk and egg yolk. Cook until thick,
stirring constantly. Add
vanilla. Chill until COLD. Cream the butter and powdered sugar. Add cold
custard. Beat 20
minutes.
