Ingredients
1 lb fresh spinach
1 ts salt
1/4 c olive oil
1 lemon; juice of
Instructions
Wash and prepare fresh spinach. Put in saucepan with as little water as is
necessary to keep them from burning during cooking. Add salt: cover and
cook until just tender. Drain. Cool. Serve with oil and lemon juice poured
over top.
